Abstract

"PROCESSO DE SEPARAçãO POR IMPACçãO, DE PARTìCULAS VIVAS DE UM GáS OU DE UMA MISTURA DE GASES, SOB PRESSãO". Processo de separação por impacção, de partículas vivas e revivificáveis de um gás ou de uma mistura de gases sob pressão que as contêm, caracterizado pelo fato de compreender: - uma etapa (a) de aceleração em um estágio e segundo um eixo (x), de um monofluxo do gás ou da mistura de gases em um volume confinado (V) , para atingir uma velocidade superior ou igual à velocidade do som; - uma etapa (b) , de desaceleração brutal desse monofluxo proveniente da etapa (a) nesse volume, segundo substancialmente o mesmo eixo (X), à pressão atmosférica; - uma etapa (c) de mudança da direção do escoamento do gás ou da mistura de gases à saída do volume (V), que se torna radial em média, e - uma etapa (d) de aprisionamento dessas partículas separadas do escoamento, quando da etapa (c) , sobre um alvo. Variante desse processo, compreendendo, além disso, uma etapa (e) de contagem das partículas aprisionadas, quando da etapa (d). Dispositivo (D) apto à aplicação desse processo e de sua variante, compreendendo um elemento (D), no qual o monofluxo de gás passa sucessivamente pelas etapas (a) e (b), um elemento (D2) que constitui o alvo sobre a qual as partículas vivas ou revivificáveis são aprisionadas segundo a etapa (d), e meios de ligação que permitem solidarizar (D~ 1~) e (D~ 2~), permitindo ao escoamento dos gases ou da mistura de gases a mudar de direção, segundo a etapa (c) . Utilização desse dipositivo para determinar a qualidade microbiológica de um gás sob pressão.
