Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE TRILHOS DE MOLA ENCURVADOS A PARTIR DE UMA CINTA DE MOLA CONTìNUA, E, DISPOSITIVO DE ENCURVAMENTO". A invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de trilhos de mola encurvados a partir de uma cinta de mola contínua, caracterizado pelas seguintes etapas processuais: - encurvamento contínuo de uma seção de cinta de mola, - corte horizontal da seção de cinta de mola encurvada para formar um trilho de mola, - encurvamento reverso descontínuo para a redução de tensões internas do trilho de mola encurvado e cortado horizontalmente por meio da sujeição do trilho de mola a pelo menos uma força de encurvamento reverso e/ou - tratamento térmico dos trilhos de molas cortados no comprimento, sendo que o tratamento térmico é um tratamento a baixa temperatura e tem lugar, de preferência, em uma temperatura abaixo de 200 <198>C.
