Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA DILUIR UM FLUIDO E DETECTAR ANALITOS EM UM FLUIDO DILUìDO". A presente invenção provê um processo e dispositivo para processamento, amostragem e diluição de um fluido e para detecção de um analito no fluido processado, amostrado e diluído. No processo e dispositivo para processamento, amostragem e diluição de um fluido, uma quantidade de fluido a ser processada, amostrada e diluída é aceita por uma membrana porosa (20s); uma porção da membrana saturada com o fluido é desta forma isolada, definindo um volume de amostra predeterminado de fluido; e a amostra de volume de fluido predeterminada é então liberada da membrana isolada com uma quantidade especificada de um diluente de fluido, para prover uma amostra de fluido diluída. Analitos dentro da amostra de fluido diluída são detectados por tiras de teste (18s) em contato de fluido com a amostra de fluido diluída.
