The blade (16) is positioned on the blade unit (2) with the median plane (P~ m~) of the planar section parallel to a tangent plane tangential to the surfaces of the guard (26) and cover (24) of the blade unit . The tip of the cutting edge is at a height of 0.05 to 0.15 mm above the plane (P~ n~) of the upper surface in the planar section, and to ensure good flexibility, the cross-section of the blade has a second moment of inertia minimum area not greater than 1.0 x 10^ -4^mm^ 4^.
