Abstract
"MéTODO, APARELHO E MATERIAL DE EMBALAGEM PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE CARNES, AVES E PEIXES". Método e aparelho para processamento de produtos de peixes, aves e carnes que inclui imersões múltiplas sucessivas em soluções desinfetantes em diferentes temperaturas sucessivas dentro de ambientes controlados para promover uma baixa contaminação durante a transferência do produto entre estações de processamento no preparo para encapsulamento dentro de um ambiente controlado confinado dentro de uma barreira de material de folha composta que controla a transferência de gases selecionados através das mesmas.
