Para tanto, a válvula de estrangulamento (20, 80) apresenta uma primeira região (60) de um primeiro material (66), em formato anelar, ao menos parcialmente circunferencial em sentido radial, bem como uma segunda região (62) de um segundo material (68), aproximadamente em formato circular, sendo que a primeira região (60) envolve ao menos parcialmente a segunda região (62) e o primeiro material (66) da válvula de estrangulamento (20, 80) apresenta maior resistência do que o segundo material (68) da válvula de estrangulamento (20, 80).
