Abstract
"VáLVULA DE ESTRANGULAMENTO". Uma luva de válvula de estrangulamento (10) com o alojamento (12) que possui uma abertura de estrangulamento de seção transversal aproximadamente cilíndrica, e que pode ser atravessada por um meio (70) gasoso em uma direção de fluxo principal (72), sendo que na abertura de estrangulamento (16) está disposta uma válvula de estrangulamento (20, 80) que pode ser fixada de modo girável em uma árvore de válvula de estrangulamento (18), sendo que a árvore da válvula de estrangulamento (18) pode ser regulada por mecanismo regulador (30), integrado no alojamento (12), deve apresentar uma válvula de estrangulamento (20, 80) que apresente uma medida especialmente elevada de resistência, revelando uma tendência especialmente reduzida ao desgaste. Para tanto, a válvula de estrangulamento (20, 80) apresenta uma primeira região (60) de um primeiro material (66), em formato anelar, ao menos parcialmente circunferencial em sentido radial, bem como uma segunda região (62) de um segundo material (68), aproximadamente em formato circular, sendo que a primeira região (60) envolve ao menos parcialmente a segunda região (62) e o primeiro material (66) da válvula de estrangulamento (20, 80) apresenta maior resistência do que o segundo material (68) da válvula de estrangulamento (20, 80).
