Abstract

"MéTODO DE REPUXO DE UMA POLIA A PARTIR DE UMA PEçA EM BRUTO TUBULAR". A invenção compreende um método de repuxo de polia utilizando uma peça em bruto tubular. Uma peça em bruto tubular (B) é colocada em um mandril de máquina de repuxo_ (10). O cubo (14) é formado repuxando uma extremidade da peça em bruto tubular, para baixo e para dentro, ao mesmo tempo em que deixa a outra extremidade como um copo tanto para repuxar uma polia como uma roda dentada. Este processo resulta em uma espessura natural de metal no cubo mantendo um volume constante de metal ao mesmo tempo em que reduz o diâmetro do tubo durante o processo de repuxo.
