Abstract

"UNIãO ROSQUEADA INTEGRAL DE TUBOS". A presente invenção se refere a uma união rosqueada integral de tubos, formada de um elemento macho (1) e um elemento fêmea (2), respectivamente colocados sobre a superfície externa e sobre a superfície interna de duas partes em formato de cone truncado de rosqueamento (6, 7, 8, 9), tendo o mesmo valor de conicidade e sendo radialmente espaçados, ambos sendo respectivamente divididos por ressaltos anulares (5, 5'), que são paralelos e ortogonais em relação ao eixo do tubo. Eles são fornecidos com duas superfícies vedantes (12, 12', 13, 13'), uma das quais sendo de formato cónico e a outra sendo de formato esférico. Após o rosqueamento de dois elementos (1, 2), os ditos ressaltos anulares (5, 5') entram em contato. Cada elemento macho (1) e elemento fêmea (2) compreendem, respectivamente, ao longo de sua superfície externa e interna, uma cavidade de circunferência (14, 15) colocada entre uma parte do rosqueamento e do ressalto anular (5, 5'), a fim de permitir a expansão da graxa lubrificante.
