Uma instalação para o tratamento da superfície de tiras alimentadas de forma contínua, especialmente uma instalação de decapagem, na qual a tira passa por um recipiente repleto com o líquido de tratamento e fechado com uma tampa, e em que o fundo do recipiente é moldado em forma de cuba no sentido transversal, apresentando um segmento intermediário substancialmente horizontal e a partir daí, segmentos inclinados caindo para os dois lados.
