Abstract

"MATERIAIS LAMINARES, MéTODO PARA PRODUZI-LOS E PALMILHAS DE SAPATO INCLUINDO OS CITADOS MATERIAIS LAMINARES". Um material laminar adequado para uso na fabricação de sapatos compreendendo um núcleo de folha termoplástica extrudada (10) tendo laminado ao mesmo sobre pelo menos um lado uma primeira camada de tecido de fibra (12), onde o ponto de fusão da citada primeira camada (12) é similar ao ponto de fusão do núcleo de folha termoplástica (10), e o núcleo de folha termoplástica (10) compreende: (1) material laminar de sucata reciclada compreendendo um material termoplástico extrudado tendo laminado ao mesmo em pelo menos um lado uma segunda camada de tecido de fibra, onde os pontos de fusão do material termoplástico extrudado e da segunda camada de tecido de fibra são similares ao ponto de fusão da primeira camada de fibra (12) ; ou (2) material termoplástico extrudável virgem tendo um ponto de fusão similar ao ponto de fusão da citada primeira camada de fibra (12); ou (3) uma mistura de ambos destes materiais (1) e (2).
