Abstract

"FERRAMENTA DE PERFURAR". A presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de perfuração de corte duplo ou múltiplo. A ferramenta de perfuração possui um corpo de base (14) girável em torno de um eixo de perfurador (36), onde estão dispostos na face frontal do corpo de base (14) pelo menos dois assentos de placa (16) para acomodar placas de corte (20) idênticas, substituíveis. As placas de corte substituíveis possuem respectivamente uma face de usinagem (30) e uma face livre (24) contíguas a um gume principal (28) formando uma cunha de corte, e uma face de assento (26) apontando em direção oposta à face livre (24). Também é prevista uma chanfradura de guia (34) que radialmente na periferia através de respectivamente uma aresta segue a face de usinagem (30), a face livre (24) e eventualmente a face de assento (26) para apoiar a guia da ferramenta de perfuração no furo de perfuração. As placas de corte (20) na área da face livre (24) e da face de assento (26) são atravessadas por um parafuso de fixação (22), na região da face livre (24) e da face de assento (26). O dito parafuso de fixação está aparafusado num furo roscado (50) existente na área dos assentos de placa (16) em relação à face frontal do corpo de base (14). De acordo com a presente invenção, as abertura de passagem (48) com seu eixo estão alinhadas perpendicularmente à face livre (24) e de preferência à face de assento (26) das respectivas placas de corte (20), enquanto os eixos dos furos roscados (50) no corpo de base (14) são alinhados diagonalmente em relação ao eixo do perfurador (36) e diagonalmente entre si.
