"MOLéCULAS DE áCIDO NUCLéICO ISOLADAS, E, SEQ êNCIA DE AMINOáCIDO ISOLADA". A seq³ência de nucleotídeo completa de cada um dos oito segmentos da cepa do vírus da influenza A de filamento negativo A/Udorn/72 (H3N2) é divulgada, que fornece a seq³ência completa do genoma no sentido da mensagem antigenómica. A seq³ência é útil no diagnóstico e pode ser modificada pela mutação para gerar novas cepas variantes da influenza A."NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULES ISOLATED, AND SEQUENCE OF AMINO ACID ISOLATED". The complete nucleotide sequence of each of the eight segments of the A / Udorn / 72 (H3N2) negative strand influenza A virus strain is disclosed, which provides the complete genome sequence towards the antigenic message. The sequence is useful in diagnosis and can be modified by mutation to generate new variant influenza A strains.
