Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE ENGATAMENTO PARA MOLDES DE INJEçãO COM INSERçõES REMOVìVEIS". Um dispositivo de engatamento (20) para um conjunto de molde (10) usa uma ação de carne para manter a placa no lado 'A' contra o sistema do canal a quente/placa do bocal (18) durante a operação. De preferência, um engate (20) é proporcionado em cada lado do molde para eficazmente manter a placa do lado "A" contra a placa do bocal (18) durante a injeção em alta pressão da substância derretida plástica. Para finalidades de mudança da inserção do molde, cada engate (20) é girado para liberar a placa do lado "A" da placa do bocal (18), e manter a placa do lado "A" contra a placa do lado "B". Isso possibilita que as porções "A" (12) e "B" (14) do conjunto do molde sejam movidas para longe da placa do bocal (18), dessa maneira evitando interferência dos bocais do canal a quente e inserção do lado "A" e possibilitando a rápida mudança da inserção do molde.
