Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE VáLVULA DE CONTROLE, SISTEMAS DE CONTROLE DE VáLVULA E PARA POSICIONAR UMA VáLVULA DE CONTROLE ACIONADA POR UM ATUADOR DE VáLVULA DE CONTROLE, E, MéTODO PARA POSICIONAR UMA VáLVULA DE CONTROLE". é apresentado um sistema de controle para posicionar uma válvula de controle. O sistema de controle emprega primeiro e segundo circuitos fechados de controle, e um conjunto de válvula de tampão e assento. O primeiro circuito fechado de controle monitora uma posição ou variável da válvula ou dispositivo que está sendo controlado, e compara este valor com wn ponto de ajuste fornecido, para gerar um ponto de ajuste para a válvula de tampão e assento. O segundo circuito fechado de controle compara a posição medida da válvula de tampão e assento com o segundo ponto de ajuste para gerar um sinal de correção para posicionar com precisão a válvula de tampão e assento. Mediante o emprego de primeiro e segundo circuitos fechados de controle, melhoram a precisão e a capacidade de reação nas quais a válvula de controle é posicionada.
