Abstract
"MéTODOS DE FABRICAR UM CANAL DE GUIA DE ONDA PARA ONDAS ELETROMAGNéTICAS E UMA ESTRUTURA ATENUADORA PARA ONDAS ELETROMAGNéTICAS, CANAL GUIA DE ONDA PARA ONDAS ELETROMAGNéTICAS E ESTRUTURA PARA ATENUAR ONDAS ELETROMAGNéTICAS". Ao fabricar guias de onda, por exemplo canais de guia de onda compactamente constituìdos, para ondas eletromagnéticas tais como microondas, os canais são produzidos a partir de corpos em forma de haste (1) de um material permeável às ondas e não significativamente atenuador das ondas. Os corpos (1) podem por exemplo sobressair de uma placa base (3) e suas superfícies laterais são revestidas com material eletricamente condutivo porém nao suas superfícies extremas livres (5). O interior dos corpos formam os canais guia de onda, que tem suas paredes formadas da camada de material eletricamente condutivo. Pelo conferir aos corpos em forma de haste perfis apropriados por exemplo um lado de antena ou metade de uma antena guia de onda pode ser fabricado. Os corpos em forma de haste podem anteriormente a aplicação do material eletricamente condutivo ser revestidos com uma ou várias camadas de laca não-atenuante não-condutiva preenchendo os poros e alisando a superfície dos corpos. Dessa maneira, a camada de material eletricamente condutivo obtém uma superfície de transição lisa para o material dos corpos conferindo aos canais boas características de guia de onda. Se o material usado nos corpos tem uma forte porosidade superficial, os canais formados dos corpos em forma de haste tornam-se fortemente atenuadores para as ondas eletromagnéticas. Um conjunto dos ditos corpos localizados nos lados uns dos outros e tendo dimensões adequadas dos corpos resulta em um elemento trabalhando fortemente como atenuador para as ondas eletromagnéticas.
