Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO OBTURADOR, FERRAMENTA DE AJUSTE PARA UM DISPOSITIVO OBTURADOR E MéTODO DE AJUSTE DE UM DISPOSITIVO OBTURADOR". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo obturador (7), a ser incluído numa tubagem de produção (4) em um furo de poço (1). O dispositivo obturador (7) compreende uma bolsa expansível (11) localizada no exterior (56) de um corpo de do obturador (9), a bolsa (11) tendo uma parede semi-permeável que se opõe exteriormente (12), feita de tecido. Ao ajustar o dispositivo obturador, é injetada uma resina líquida curável dentro da bolsa (11), que provoca uma expansão da bolsa (11). A resina penetra parcialmente na parede de tecido (12) que se opõe exteriormente e proporciona vedação contra a parede (10) do furo de poço e após a cura, forma uma vedação (58) do dispositivo obturador. A invenção também se refere a uma ferramenta de ajuste para ajustar o dispositivo obturador (7) no furo de poço (1) e a um método para ajuste de um dispositivo obturador (7) em um furo de poço (1).
