Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA MEDIR DESEMPENHO DE GERENCIAMENTO DE NEGóCIO". Trata-se de um processo para gerenciar transações financeiras envolve definir o processo como uma série de etapas que envolvem a transferência de informações necessárias por cada parte a fim de estabelecer a transação. Um sistema para medir o desempenho de participantes no processo de gerenciamento rastreia as informações transferidas entre as partes e registra a data e horário em que as informações são transferidas. Periodicamente, informações incluindo a data e informações de tempo são processadas e utilizadas para determinar medições de desempenho durante o período. Estas medições de desempenho podem incluir o período de tempo entre a conclusão de quaisquer das etapas no processo de gerenciamento, por exemplo, do horário em que a transação foi iniciada (por exemplo um negócio é executado) até o horário em que as informações a serem transmitidas para ou recebidas por quaisquer dos participantes do processo de gerenciamento ou do sistema de gerenciamento em qualquer uma das etapas do processo de gerenciamento.
