Abstract
"APARELHO DE ELEVAçãO ARTIFICIAL COM CARACTERìSTICAS DE MONITORAçãO AUTOMATIZADA". A presente invenção provê um aparelho de elevação artificial, que monitora as condições em um e em torno de um poço, e faz ajustes automatizados, com base naquelas condições. Em um aspecto, a invenção inclui uma bomba de cavidade progressiva (PCP) (60), para a disposição em uma extremidade inferior de uma coluna de tubulação em um furo de poço revestido. Um sensor de pressão (50a) no furo de poço adjacente à bomba mede a pressão do fluido que é coletado no furo de poço. Um outro sensor de pressão (37) disposto na extremidade superior do furo de poço mede a pressão criada pelo gás comprimido acima da coluna de fluido, e um controlador (25) recebe a informação e calcula a altura verdadeira de fluido no furo de poço. Um outro sensor (Sob) disposto na extremidade inferior da coluna de tubulação mede a pressão de fluido na coluna de tubulação, e transmite aquela informação para o controlador. O controlador compara os sinais para os três sensores e faz ajustes, com base em uma relação entre as medições e a informação pré-programada sobre o furo de poço e a pressão da formação em torno dele.
