Trata-se de uma válvula configurada para uso com uma célula de combustível tanto em uma posição de desengate, na qual a válvula não estabeleceu comunicação fluida com a célula de combustível, quanto em uma posição de engate, na qual a válvula estabeleceu comunicação fluida com a célula de combustível. A válvula inclui um corpo que tem uma primeira formação para manter a posição de desengate, e uma segunda formação para manter a posição de engate.
