"CIRCUITO APERFEIçOADO NA TAXA DE POTêNCIA PARA UM AMPLIFICADOR DE POTêNCIA RF EM UM TELEFONE MóVEL DE MODO DUPLO". é fornecido um circuito de aperfeiçoamento de taxa de potência para um amplificador de potência em um telefone móvel de modo duplo incluindo um amplificador de potência de RF para amplificar um sinal de entrada de RF, um duplexador conectado a uma antena, e um isolador conectado a um duplexador. O circuito de aperfeiçoamento de potência compreende ainda um circuito de casamento CDMA conectado a um terminal de saída do amplificador de potência de RF, para casar uma impedância de saída do amplificador de potência de RF em um modo de operação CDMA; um circuito de casamento AMPS conectado ao terminal de saída do amplificador de potência de RF, para casar uma impedância de saída do amplificador de potência de RF em um modo de operação AMPS; e uma chave seletora de RF para selecionar o circuito de casamento CDMA ou o circuito de casamento AMPS de acordo com um sinal de controle de modo. o circuito de casamento CDMA compreende um indutor conectado entre o terminal de saída do amplificador de potência de RF e o isolador.
