Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA ADAPTAR MISTURAS DE AROMAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para adaptar misturas de aromas, no qual a) uma matriz básica contendo uma mistura de aroma com as propriedades desejadas é escolhida ou preparada, b) a composição e concentração do aroma é analisada, c) a mistura de aroma é introduzida em uma outra matriz, d) a composição do aroma no espaço cerebral é analisada através da outra matriz, e) à vista dos resultados da etapa b) e d) a composição do aroma é alterada na outra matriz de modo tal, que as propriedades do aroma na outra matriz correspondem as da matriz básica e f) a nova mistura do aroma correspondente ao resultado da análise é preparada e testada sensorialmente.
