Abstract

"SILENCIADOR DE SUCçãO PARA UM COMPRESSOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um silenciador de sucção para um compressor empregado em um aparelho doméstico tendo um ciclo de refrigeração que reduz o ruído produzido pelo compressor. O silenciador de sucção inclui um corpo de silenciador e um tubo de sucção de refrigerante. O corpo de silenciador define uma câmara de ressonância e é acoplado a um tubo de abastecimento de refrigerante. O tubo de sucção de refrigerante conecta a câmara de ressonância a um cilindro de compressor. O tubo de sucção de refrigerante tem pelo menos um furo formado em sua parede cilíndrica. O silenciador ainda inclui uma porção de guia na câmara de ressonância para dirigir refrigerante do tubo de abastecimento para pelo menos um furo no tubo de sucção de refrigerante e para dirigir ruído que sai de uma extremidade superior do tubo de sucção de refrigerante para longe do tubo de abastecimento de refrigerante. O silenciador de sucção encurta o curso de fluxo de refrigerante e alonga o curso de transmissão de ruído, assim, reduzindo o nível de ruído emitido ao mesmo tempo em que aumenta a eficiência do compressor.
