Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "VáLVULA INJETORA DE COMBUSTìVEL". Em uma válvula injetora de combustível com um corpo da válvula (10), um compartimento de pressão de comando (16) ali configurado, que está fechado em um lado por um componente de ativação (14) para uma agulha de bico (12) a qual, comandada pelo componente ativação, é deslocável entre uma posição fechada e uma posição aberta, com uma linha adutora (18) até o compartimento de pressão de comando e com uma linha de escoamento (20) do compartimento de pressão de comando que é controlado por uma válvula de comando (24), deve ser possibilitado um curso parcial de abertura da agulha de bico, no qual o volume injetado de combustível é dosado com precisão mais elevada. Para esta finalidade está previsto um pistão de estrangulamento (32), deslocável que em uma primeira posição possibilita um curso de abertura parcial da agulha do bico a partir da posição fechada contra uma resistência reduzida, e, em uma segunda posição possibilita um curso de abertura restante da agulha do bico 12, seq³encial ao curso de abertura parcial, deslocando-a para a posição abertura apenas contra maior resistência.
