Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE MANDRIL DE SUBSTITUIçãO RáPIDA PARA UTILIZAçãO COM UMA SERRA TIPO COPO E UMA BROCA DE PERFURAçãO PILOTO". Uma estrutura de mandril pode ser utilizada com uma serra do tipo copo e uma broca de perfuração. A estrutura de mandril inclui um corpo, apresentando uma porção em fuste e uma porção de recepção de adaptador. A porção de recebimento de adaptador define uma cavidade de recebimento de adaptador e inclui uma primeira parede, apresentando um primeiro orifício de detenção que se estende através da mesma. A estrutura de mandril ainda inclui um acoplador de broca seguro ao corpo. O acoplador de broca fica localizado no interior da cavidade de recebimento de adaptador e define uma porção de recepção de broca. Esta porção de recepção de broca de perfuração inclui uma cavidade de recepção de broca e uma segunda parede, apresentando um segundo orifício de detenção, que se estende através da mesma. A estrutura de mandril ainda inclui um adaptador configurado para ser recebido no interior da cavidade de recebimento de adaptador, o adaptador apresenta uma porção rosqueada externamente, configurada para se engatar de maneira mesclada com um conjunto de roscas internas da serra tipo copo, o adaptador ainda apresentando um primeiro sulco de detenção, definido em uma superfície externa do mesmo. Além disso, a estrutura de mandril inclui também uma primeira esfera de detenção, localizada no interior do primeiro orifício de detenção do corpo, estando configurada para ser recebida no interior do primeiro sulco de detenção do adaptador. A estrutura de mandril inclui, adicionalmente, uma segunda esfera de detenção, localizada no interior do segundo orifício de detenção do acoplador de broca, se encontrando configurada para ser recebida no interior de um segundo sulco de detenção da broca de perfuração.
