Abstract

"PROCESSO HìBRIDO DE SOLDAGEM A ARCO ELéTRICO/LASER, ESPECIALMENTE PARA A SOLDAGEM DE TUBOS OU DE COMPONENTES DE VEìCULO A MOTOR". Processo híbrido de soldagem e unidade para soldar peças de metal, tais como peças em bruto sob medida, mediante uso de um feixe de laser e de um arco elétrico, preferivelmente de um arco de plasma, em cujo processo, após uma junta soldada ter sido produzida, o feixe de laser é enviado e/ou defletido para dentro do dispositivo de absorção de radiação, tal como uma cavidade de absorção, permitindo que a radiação do feixe seja absorvida. o feixe continua a ser defletido durante a fase de paralisação de soldagem após produzir uma junta soldada e antes de iniciar a soldagem de uma segunda junta soldada. O processo e a unidade da invenção são particularmente adequados à produção em massa de peças para a indústria de veículos a motor, tais como peças em bruto sob medida que podem ser usadas para fabricar, por exemplo, componentes de carroceria de veículos a motor, ou para a produção em massa de tubos.
