Abstract

"GABARITO PARA CORTE". A presente invenção se refere a um gabarito para corte particularmente projetado para permitir o manuseio e corte de alimentos tais como sanduíches, omeletes e outros enquanto garantindo a higiene e a conservação do alimento. O gabarito (1) compreende um corpo confeccionado a partir de um material rígido adequado tal como um plástico rígido, madeira, aço inoxidável ou outros tendo uma porção de base horizontal (2) e uma porção de corpo (3) que se projeta ortogonalmente no sentido para cima a partir da mesma, configurando uma porção de alça ou similar, com pelo menos um rasgo (4) tendo uma espessura suficiente para receber um instrumento de corte (F) em seu interior transpassando as referidas porções de base (2) e de corpo (3).
