Abstract

"MONTAGEM DE OPERAçãO DE PISTãO PARA UM COMPRESSOR LINEAR, E, MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA MONTAGEM DE OPERAçãO DE PISTãO PARA UM COMPRESSOR LINEAR". Uma montagem de operação de pistão integrada para um compressor linear e um método para fabricação da mesma são dispostos. A montagem de operação de pistão integrada inclui uma saliência de acoplamento do pistão a um pistão, uma pluralidade de ímãs, dispostos em um arranjo cilíndrico concêntrico com a saliência de acoplamento do pistão, e um elemento de ligação, formado de uma resina para conexão, e integrando assim a saliência de acoplamento do pistão com a pluralidade de ímãs. Os ímãs e a saliência de acoplamento do pistão são presos ao elemento de união, quando o elemento de união é moldado por injeção. Integrando-se a montagem de operação de pistão do compressor linear, as tolerâncias geométricas e de montagem são melhoradas, enquanto a deterioração de persistência devida ao processamento e aos processos de montagem é evitada.
