Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "BRAçO ARTICULADO DE POLIMENTO PARA UM INSTRUMENTO DE POLIMENTO DENTáRIO". Um braço articulado de polimento, para um instrumento de polimento dentário compreende uma porção média (11), a qual é conectada de uma maneira horizontalmente giratória, por um lado, a um primeiro eixo articular vertical (10), o qual é fixado em relação ao quadro e, por outro lado, a um segundo eixo articular vertical (12). O segundo eixo articular (12) é rigidamente conectado a um suporte (13), para uma unidade de polimento. Uma placa de freio (29) comum, que é capaz de ser pressurizada de forma pneumática ou hidráulica, através de um diafragma (30), é capaz de ser pressionada contra as superfícies de freio (27, 28) dos dois eixos articulares (10, 12), de modo a fixar o braço articulado de polimento horizontalmente.
