Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA INSPECIONAR RECIPIENTESMOLDADOS A SOPRO". Um processo e aparelho 16 parainspecionar a espessura de recipientes moldados a sopro 18,utilizam uma fonte laser 22 para direcionar um feixe laser 24 que érefletido em ambas as superfícies externa e interna 28, 30 dorecipiente e detectado por um detector 32 de modo a medir aespessura ao longo de um trajeto predeterminado. Os recipientesmoldados a sopro inspecionados 10 são preferivelmentetransportados na vertical e o trajeto de inspeção é ao longo de umfundo 34 do recipiente enquanto os recipientes são transportadospor meio de uma roda rotativa 40 que é acionada a velocidadeconstante.
