"DETECçãO DE FLAVIVìRUS E ANáLISES DE QUANTIFICAçãO". São descritas ondas de DNA fluorescentes específicas e flanqueando pares de iniciadores, com base na seq³ência de informação encontrada na região não-codificadora de 3' terminal conservada de flavivírus, por exemplo, nucleotídeos 10653-10678 de vírus da dengue. Reação em cadeia de polimerase fluorogênica, empregando esse iniciadores e sondas, produzem resultados que permitem a identificação específica de flavivírus. Essa análises podem ser ambas quantitativas e qualitativas. Specifically, dengue virus, isolated from different geographic regions, can be universally detected and identified by the described fluorogency RT-PCR analysis. The described RT-PCR fluorogence analysis promptly detected viremia in sera collected from dengue sick individuals.
