Abstract

"APARELHO PARA REMOVER CASCAS DE TOROS OU PARA PREPARAR, OS TOROS PARA REMOçãO DAS CASCAS". A invenção relaciona-se com um aparelho destinado a remover cascas ou preparar os toros para remoção de cascas separadamente - especialmente toros (1) que são difíceis de descascar - o aparelho compreendendo um número de lâminas (11), sendo as lâminas dispostas de forma a cortarem ou romperem a casca dos toros (1) a serem tratados transversalmente com relação à direção longitudinal dos toros, com a finalidade de facilitar a remoção da casca, e especialmente sua remoção como pedaços de dimensão adequada durante a referida preparação ou o tratamento de remoção de cascas efetivo subseq³ente. O aparelho compreende um tambor (3) que gira em torno do seu eixo central (2), através de cujo tambor os toros (1) a serem tratados são alimentados, e dentro da superfície limitada pela luva interna cilíndrica (4) de cujo tambor (3) fica disposta para proteger um número de lâminas (11). As lâminas ficam dispostas de maneira a cortarem ou romperem a superfície dos toros (1) a serem tratados pelo efeito do movimento mútuo do tambor (3) e dos toros (1). Na luva interna (4) do tambor (3) está proporcionado um furo passante (20) para cada lâmina (11), o que significa que as lâminas são dispostas de forma a serem substituídas no lado externo do tambor (3).
