Abstract
"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA ESTABELECER ELETRONICAMENTE CONEXõES CRUZADAS DE LINHA DE COMUNICAçãO". O estabelecimento eletrónico de comunicação de conexões cruzadas de linha de comunicação envolve a provisão de uma matriz controlável de relés e uma pluralidade de filtros. A composite signal comprising low and high frequency components is received in the relay matrix, which is controlled to route the composite signal to a particular filter. A filtered low frequency component is provided in a particular filter output. The relay matrix is controlled to route at least the frequency lever component to a relay matrix output. The low frequency component of the composite signal may comprise a voice band signal and the high frequency component of the composite signal may comprise a data signal. The relay matrix can be controlled locally or remotely. The relay matrix can be controlled to significantly reduce the number of idle connections established between digital access multiplexers and a main distribution structure or voice switch.
