São fornecidas composições curáveis isentas de formaldeído contendo carbamatos de 1,3,5-triazina e resinas de cadeia principal de material reativo de carbamato polifuncional e métodos de preparação de tais composições. As composições podem conter um solvente, cujo solvente pode ser orgânico ou aquoso. Tais composições curáveis são particularmente adequadas para o uso em aplicações de revestimentos.
