Abstract
"TAMPãO DE OUVIDO DE ATENUAçãO VARIáVEL DE DIVERSAS CORES", a presente invenção apresenta um tampão de ouvido que possui uma pluralidade de zonas visuais. Em uma realização, o tampão de ouvido inclui uma primeira zona visual, uma segunda zona visual e uma terceira zona visual. A primeira, a segunda e a terceira zona visual, cada uma compreende faixas longitudinais contínuas de cor, sendo que cada uma se estende completamente ao redor da circunferência do tampão de ouvido. Em uma realização, pelo menos, a segunda zona visual que intermedeia a primeira e a terceira zona visual é formada por uma cor que é distintamente diferente das cores das outras zonas visuais. Em uma outra realização, a primeira, a segunda e a terceira zona visual, cada uma possui uma cor que é distintamente diferente das outras cores. Desta maneira, a primeira, a segunda e a terceira zona visual compreendem zonas visuais que permitem que um observador ou usuário determine imediatamente a profundidade de inserção do tampão de ouvido ao visualizar simplesmente o tampão de ouvido. Em um aspecto, isso permite que um oficial de segurança ou outra pessoa, incluindo o usuário, determine facilmente se o usuário está de acordo com as regras e regulamentos existentes de segurança. Em um outro aspecto, isso permite que o usuário determine se existe uma adaptação apropriada entre o tampão de ouvido e o canal auditivo, uma vez que cada uma das zonas visuais indica o grau de inserção no canal auditivo.
