Abstract

"APARELHO, SISTEMA E PROCESSO PARA A INSTALAçãO E A RECUPERAçãO DE TUBOS EM UM POçO". A invenção refere-se a um tubo usado na perfuração e/ou finalização de poços que é armazenado em segmentos ou cordas retilíneas longas no espaço adjacente a um equipamento para sondagem de poços que é usado para construir um poço. O tubo é introduzido no poço, ou extraído do poço, em segmentos longos formados de múltiplas seções de tubo individuais. Em uma concretização, os segmentos retilíneos longos de tubo são dobrados em uma curva que se estende a partir do equipamento para o espaço que circunda o equipamento, onde o tubo reassume sua forma retilínea. O raio da curva é maior do que o raio de curvatura de deformação do tubo. Em um equipamento com base na água, o tubo é recebido na água que circunda o equipamento, onde ele pode ser armazenado, testado, inspecionado, remontado, tratado e/ou, de outra maneira, processado. O tubo pode ser recebido dentro de uma luva de armazenamento de tubo longa que é flutuada lateralmente na ou abaixo da superfície da água ou pode ser preso a um cabo de estái ancorado entre o equipamento e o fundo do mar. Nas aplicações em águas profundas, longas seções de tubo são armazenadas verticalmente na área da água entre o equipamento para sondagem de poços de superfície e o fundo do mar. O tubo pode também ser armazenado dentro de luvas de armazenamento verticalmente orientadas. Em uma forma modificada da invenção, as longas seções de tubo são movidas lateralmente para o armazenamento na área entre o equipamento e o fundo do mar sem que sejam primeiramente puxadas para a superfície da água.
