Abstract
"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA O GERENCIAMENTO REMOTO DE COMUNICAçõES DE DADOS UTILIZADOS NA PREVISãO DE DEFEITOS EM UMA PLURALIDADE DE MáQUINAS". Um método e sistema para o gerenciamento de comunicação de dados eletrónicos entre um centro de serviço diagnóstico e uma pluralidade de bens móveis (10) de modo geral remotos um com relação ao outro é provido. Os dados eletrónicos compreendem pelo menos dados de bens móveis respectivos indicativos de um desempenho respectivo da pluralidade de bens móveis. Os dados de bens móveis usados para a detecção da presença de defeitos potenciais que, se deixados sem correção, provavelmente resultariam em respectivas falhas de missão dos bens. O método permite a armazenagem em um banco de dados (104) de uma lista de casos respectivos a serem processados. O método permite ainda a atribuição a cada caso de uma prioridade de download respectiva. Uma ação determinante permite a determinação de cada caso a ser povoado em seguida com novos dados de bens móveis com base na prioridade de download atribuída. As respectivas ações de execução permitem a execução de um download do novo bem móvel entre o centro de serviço diagnóstico e um bem respectivo dentre os bens móveis, e a execução de uma análise predeterminada dos dados carregados para a detecção da presença de respectivos defeitos potenciais nos bens móveis. O download de dados pode ser executado automaticamente sempre que falhas críticas ocorrerem nos bens móveis.
