Abstract

"MéTODO DE REDUZIR A QUANTIDADE DE ACETALDEìDO EM UMA BEBIDA EM UM RECIPIENTE à BASE DE POLIéSTER E BEBIDA ENGARRAFADA". Um processo para reduzir a concentração de acetaldeído em bebidas contidas em embalagens à base de poliéster, em que a permeação de oxigênio para o recipiente é reduzida ou eliminada. O poliéster contém um catalisador de oxidação ativo para a oxidação de acetaldeído em ácido acético. Uma composição compreendendo o referido catalisador de oxidação, e uma bebida engarrafada tendo um recipiente à base de poliéster compreendendo um catalisador de oxidação ativo para a oxidação de acetaldeído em ácido acético.
