Abstract
"MOTOR DE FLUXO TRANSVERSAL DE POLIFASE". Um motor de fluxo transversal possuindo múltiplos enrolamentos de fase de estator que são eletronicamente comutados para produzir um fluxo de rotação para acionar um rotor de ímã permanente (2) localizado fora do estator (7). O estator (7) é formado por duas peças complementares voltadas uma para outra (8,9) cada uma transportando metade dos pólos de estator (12, 13), o último sendo preferivelmente de configuração de pólo tipo garra. Os enrolamentos de estator (11) são intercalados entre as peças do estator (8,9) e enrolados em torno dos núcleos (10) que acoplam de forma magnética as peças de estator. Preferivelmente, o número de fases de motor (P) é selecionado a partir da série 2, 3, .... N, o número de enrolamentos por fase (W) é selecionado a partir da série 1, 2, .... M, o número de pólos por enrolamento (PW) é selecionado a partir da série 2, 4, .... L, e o número de pólos do estator (SP) é igual ao produto P*WP*PW e o número de pólos de rotor é SP + ou - W."CROSS-POLYPHASE FLOW MOTOR". A transverse flow motor having multiple stator phase windings that are electronically switched to produce a rotation flow to drive a permanent magnet rotor (2) located outside the stator (7). The stator (7) is formed by two complementary parts facing each other (8,9) each carrying half of the stator poles (12, 13), the latter being preferably of the claw type configuration. The stator windings (11) are interspersed between the stator parts (8,9) and wound around the cores (10) that magnetically couple the stator parts. Preferably, the number of motor phases (P) is selected from series 2, 3, .... N, the number of windings per phase (W) is selected from series 1, 2, .... M, the number of poles per winding (PW) is selected from series 2, 4, .... L, and the number of poles of the stator (SP) is equal to the product P * WP * PW and the number of rotor poles is SP + or - W.
