Abstract

"MéTODO DE CONTROLAR O AUMENTO DE VISCOSIDADE INDUZIDO POR FULIGEM DE COMPOSIçõES LUBRIFICANTES DE MOTOR A DIESEL, E, COMPOSIçãO LUBRIFICANTE DE MOTORES A DIESEL". A presente invenção diz respeito a um método de controlar o aumento de viscosidade induzido por fuligem de uma composição lubrificante de motores a diesel compreendendo um óleo base e um dispersante, incluindo na dita composição lubrificante uma quantidade eficaz de um antioxidante, caracterizado em que o antioxidante compreende um diidrocarbilditiocarbamato de um metal selecionado de antimónio, bismuto e suas misturas. O antioxidante pode opcionalmente conter pelo menos um outro composto selecionado de um composto fenólico e um amínico. O método da presente invenção melhora a retenção do desempenho do aditivo dispersante e, dessa forma, inibe o aumento de viscosidade induzido por fuligem do lubrificante.
