Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA DESIGNAçãO DE TAXA BASEADA EM VETOR PERSISTENTE". Em um sistema incluindo uma fonte (100) a qual é compartilhada entre um número de usuários, é difícil distribuir a capacidade disponível da fonte de forma justa entre os usuários e ainda maximizar a utilização da fonte. Adicionalmente, é desejável permitir pelo menos algum controle sobre as taxas convencionais que sobram com os usuários, enquanto ao mesmo tempo evita situações onde a fonte está sobrecarregada. Um sistema e método são revelados em que taxas convencionais são selecionadas dentre um conjunto de taxas disponíveis de acordo com um conjunto de vetores persistentes.
