Abstract

"COMPóSITO FORMADO NO ESTADO úMIDO QUE TEM VAZIOS E MACROCAVIDADES LATENTES, E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". Compósito formado no estado úmido que define vazios e macrocavidades latentes, tendo o compósito formado no estado úmido um peso base acima de aproximadamente 100 gramas por metro quadrado e uma densidade de aproximadamente 0,06 gramas por centímetro cúbico ou mais. O compósito formado no estado úmido compreende fibras e material superabsorvente estando o material superabsorvente presente numa proporção de aproximadamente 10 porcento em peso seco ou menos, especificamente de aproximadamente 5 porcento em peso seco ou menos, e especialmente de aproximadamente 2 porcento em peso seco ou menos, mas acima de 0, com base no peso seco total de fibras e do material superabsorvente presentes no compósito formado no estado úmido. Pelo fato de ter se deixado que o material superabsorvente inflasse e em seguida se contraísse durante a fabricação do compósito formado no estado úmido, criam-se macrocavidades.
