Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM VELO COMPOSTO PARA RECEBER E ARMAZENAR LìQUIDOS". é conhecido colocar sobre um velo de suporte uma camada de fibras especialmente absorventes como polpa de madeira e compactar este velo composto com a ajuda de emaranhamento com água. A desvantagem deste processo de compactação é a grande perda de celulose e a purificação da água circulante relacionada a isto para a instalação de emaranhamento. Sugere-se, antes da colocação da camada de fibras de celulose, colocar primeiro uma camada fina de microfibras, que são distribuídas uniformemente sobre o velo de suporte, por exemplo, com a ajuda do processo de sopro em fusão, e somente depois colocar as fibras de celulose sobre a camada de separação. A água do emaranhamento agora não pode mais fundir as fibras de celulose no velo de suporte, as microfibras servem de barreira.
