Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA LAVAR UMA MISTURA DE POLPA DE FIBRA." A invenção relata um método de lavagem da mistura da polpa da fibra, em cujo método a mistura da polpa da fibra é alimentada entre os dois fios (1, 2) rodando na mesma direção. Existe um espaço de desidratação (3) convergente na direção da trajetória dos fios, onde a água é removida da polpa. De acordo corn a idéia da invenção, a espessura da camada da polpa sendo alimentada entre os fios é ajustada durante a operação, uma vez que as cinzas e o conteúdo das partículas da polpa da fibra lavada é essencialmente dependente com base no peso da teia da fibra sendo lavada. Em uma incorporação preferida da invenção, a altura da parte (23) na extremidade de saída do espaço de desidratação é ajustada. A idéia essencial de outra incorporação preferida da invenção é que a velocidade dos fios é ajustada. A invenção também relata um dispositivo compreendendo meios para ajustar a espessura da camada da fibra sendo alimentada entre os fios, isto é com base no peso da teia da fibra a ser lavada.
