Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA UTILIZAçãO NO TRATAMENTO DE UM PACIENTE COM QUALQUER MEDICAMENTO PARA OTIMIZAR A TERAPIA E EVITAR UMA RESPOSTA MEDICAMENTOSA ADVERSA". Um processo e um sistema para utilização no tratamento de um paciente recebendo qualquer medicamento para otimizar a terapia e para evitar uma resposta adversa do medicamento. Esse sistema emprega marcadores substitutos como indicadores, incluindo níveis sang³íneos do medicamento, para determinar a dosagem requerida seguinte para um paciente. Devido ao fato dos marcadores substitutos serem empregados como uma porcentagem de alteração no status, virtualmente pode ser utilizado qualquer indicador. Os marcadores substitutos poderiam incluir qualquer medida da eficácia da ação do medicamento. Dada a eficácia da ação do medicamento, em relação aos marcadores substitutos, é calculada uma mudança na dosagem de medicamento pelo sistema. Reciprocamente, pela utilização deste sistema, é possível determinar o resultado esperado da mudança de uma dosagem de medicamento baseado nos marcadores substitutos.
