Abstract

"COMPONENTES DE SACRIFìCIO COMPóSITOS". Componentes (tal como pontas resistentes ao desgaste para quebradores de minerais e pontas de reposição) feitas por: (i) posicionar pelo menos uma massa de carboneto de metal de transição de dureza num molde (preferivelmente após pré-tratamento por meio de aquecimento inter alia para remover materiais voláteis superficiais); (ii) encher o molde com a massa de carboneto de metal de transição com ferro grafite esferoidal fundido ou ferro fundido com liga de cromo níquel fundida; e (iii) remover o compósito moldado a partir do molde (por meio de destruição de molde ou uma outra maneira). Uma ligação metalúrgica entre massa(s) de carboneto de metal de transição e os resultados de massa(s) contendo ferro. Um carboneto preferido é aquele feito de tungstênio ou de cromo (preferivelmente partículas de ligação com uma forma alongada).
