Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "CABOS EM MúLTIPLOS PARES TORCIDOS DE BAIXO RETARDO E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um cabo de múltiplos pares (10), apresentando um revestimento externo (12) e pelo menos dois pares de cabos em fios entrelaçados (16), apresentando diferentes comprimentos de disposição e sendo dispostos no interior da capa de proteção (12). Os fios (14) de cada par de fios entrelaçados (16) apresentam um condutor (16), envolvido por um material de isolamento (20), em que os condutores (18) dos respectivos pares entrelaçados de fios (16) apresentam diferentes comprimentos de entrelace de feixe. O comprimento de disposição dos pares de fios entrelaçados (16) se correlaciona ao comprimento de entrelace de feixe dos condutores (18) dos pares de fios entrelaçados individuais (16), de tal maneira que o retardo de fase dos pares de fios entrelaçados (16) do cabo (10) se conjugue dentro de uma faixa aceitável para transmissão de dados. Ao contrário, onde os comprimentos de disposição dos pares de fios entrelaçados (16) é especificado, os comprimentos de entrelace de feixe dos respectivos condutores (18) dos pares individuais de fios entrelaçados (16) pode se correlacionar com os comprimentos de disposição dos pares de fios entrelaçados (16), de tal maneira que o retardo de fase dos pares de fios entrelaçados (16) do cabo (10) seja trazido para uma faixa aceitável para a aplicação desejada.
