"RECIPIENTE NãO METáLICO PARA ALIMENTO OU BEBIDA CONTENDO UMA UNIDADE DE TROCA DE CALOR". Provê-se um recipiente externo (120) construído de um material não metálico e um recipiente interno (142) construído de metal permanentemente preso no referido recipiente externo (120). O recipiente interno (142) armazena um material o qual, quando ativado, altera a temperatura do alimento ou bebida acondicionado(a) dentro do recipiente externo e em contato com uma superfície externa do recipiente interno. Preferivelmente, o recipiente externo é construído de produtos de vidro, plástico ou papel - do tipo para gênero alimentício possuindo um interior à prova d'água; e o recipiente interno fica permanentemente afixado no mesmo através de uma união por rosca ou de um membro similar a arruela (150) respectivamente soldada no mesmo.
