Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA IDENTIFICAR UM OBJETO DE CóDIGO PARA SER TRANSFERIDO POR UM TERMINAL DE TOPO DE APARELHO". Um método e sistema identificam código de programação que seja apropriado à arquitetura e habilidades de um terminal de topo de aparelho em um sistema de televisão a cabo. O código apropriado de programação é identificado entre uma variedade de objetos de código sendo irradiados de uma instalação de ponta principal do sistema de televisão a cabo. Um identificador de plataforma armazenado no terminal de topo de aparelho é casado com um correspondente identificador de plataforma em uma mensagem de gerenciamento de autorização ou outra mensagem localizadora de transferência que especifica onde, na corrente de transporte de dados proveniente da ponta principal, um objeto de código particular pode ser adquirido. Pela aquisição do objeto correspondente à mensagem postando um identificador de plataforma casado, o terminal de topo de aparelho adquire código de programação compatível com seus atributos.
