Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA A REDUçãO DE CONTAMINAçãO DE POçOS DE INJEçãO E DE RECUPERAçãO". Um processo e aparelho são descritos em que as bactérias que utilizam alcanos são usadas para reduzir a contaminação de poços de injeção (90, 91) e recuperação (80). Os materiais contaminantes tais como combinações de bactérias com óxidos metálicos que caso contrário obstruiriam os poços (90, 91, 80) são impedidos de se depositarem nos poços (90, 91, 80). Em uma modalidade preferida, um substrato de butano e um gás contendo oxigênio são injetados na proximidade de uma entrada ou saída de poço (84) para estimular o crescimento de bactérias que utilizam butano que são efetivas para reduzir ou eliminar a contaminação do poço (80).
