Abstract
"APARELHO E MéTODO DE CONTROLE DE ACOPLAMENTO EM CRUZ DE MICROTIRA". A presente invenção proporciona um método e aparelho para controlar o acoplamento em cruz não adjacente em um filtro de microtira. Em casos de acoplamento em cruz fraco, tal como um circuito de filtro em um material de substrato de constante dielétrica alta (por exemplo, LaAIO~ 3~, com constante dielétrica de 24), um circuito fechado é utilizado para indutivamente acentuar o acoplamento em cruz. O circuito fechado aumenta os níveis de zero da transmissão. Para caso de acoplamento em cruz fortes, tal como um circuito do filtro em um material de substrato com constante dielétrica baixa (por exemplo, MgO com constante dielétrica de 9,6), um mecanismo de cancelamento do acoplamento em cruz capacitivo é introduzido para reduzir o acoplamento em cruz. No último caso, os níveis de zero da transmissão são diminuídos.
